Okay, I got this.
2015---IC and Orsinium DLC (2story dlc with new zones) + Tamriel unlimited update
2016---Thief guild, Dark brotherhood and Shadow of Hist DLC (2 story dlc + 1 dungeon dlc) + 1T update
2017---Morrowind, Horn of the reach and CWC (1 chapter, 1 story dlc and 1 dungeon dlc) + Homestead update
Now the plan for 2018 (and I assume every year on forth) is 1 Chapter 2 story dlc and 1 dungeon dlc...and supposely we'd like to see another free update
Is ZOS expanding or we should worry about future "quantity over quality" focus?
Edit: Anddd are we ever gonna see free update with new zone again? (Craglorn was realeased 1 month+ after the game is released)
Hiring to create more content they can sell, sure....but obviously not for the Customer Service, maintenance and debugging teams.

I noticed this too.
A single programmer job lol.
I would've expected it to be mostly devs & testers with a few programmers wanted, not more artists.
Meh, game companies nowadays.

I really would like as a Software Engineer and make wonders with the code. Assuming they are alright with me working remotely (I am from Peru).

Okay, I got this.
But likely a 1099 form at the end of the tax year. Be careful on any positions like that if you are looking to join a company for the Long haul.
If you already have your own business doing this type of work, then it sounds like a good spot to land. Everything you spend is tax deductible lol. I used to be that person; bought drinks with friends = client meeting lol.

1099 is good, you have a chance to check things out without the concerns of being fully on board.
Also 1099 employees tend to have more freedom than others in my experience.
Either way, if someone wants to work with ZOS, getting in the door any way seems better than waiting for the perfect opportunity.

Pros and cons of living in Alaska? I've always wanted to visit, but not live there. My condolences.
