If a significant portion of our customers at my business were reporting issues with our product making it unable to be used and we waited 20 hours to give them a response, we wouldn't have any customers anymore. Must be nice to be able to have a business model where screwing up regularly costs you hardly any customers. You just get to say "oops" and try again. Seems like i picked the wrong industry to get into.
Edit: For Clarity
It's not that you picked the wrong industry to get into, it's that this particular industry has conditioned the market. Think about it, DLC used to be considered an act of satan. Now it's near 100% acceptable to release a 1/3 developed game at full price and sell the rest as DLC because EVERYONE is doing the same thing. Over the years, that conditioned the market and it became the norm. Same for Day 1 Patches. Same for pay for betas. Same for never ending betas. The list goes on.
If most of the industry gets in on it, you can condition the market to whatever you desire. Because ... what are the customers gonna do about it?

You didn’t say anything about it during ESO Live other than “We are looking into it.”
Where is a public announcement as to what your plans are? What actions are being taken, specifically? What you are planning? Why it’s been a week of unplayable PvP with no fix?
What’s so hard about that?

They did say they had the people from multiple teams looking into on ESO Live. That is an action.

And then Gina gets on at 10pm to essentially say deal with it, and pretend they have provided any actual information. Honestly, her attitude in the response was ridiculous. Why even say anything if you're going to belittle the issues that are plaguing business.

She has conveyed they are aware of the problem and they are working on it. She has also conveyed that they hope to have an update on the issue on Monday. I don't know what you were expecting a mod to tell you about the problem but that really is all you need to know until they have a concrete fix.
Responses like yours are the reason why communication from ZOS is so bad. They are damned if they do and damned if they don't with people biting off their heads when they do provide information.

They actually conveyed a little bit more information on how they try to find these bugs (like creating hords of bots to emulate a full server). As always the problem in software development is trying to recreate these problems in a test environment and due to the nature of a MMO this can be challenging.
Still, a pinned post on the general forum and maybe an announcement on the loading screen that they are looking into it would help address a a few concerns of people what the status is. Remember not everyone watches ESO Live (or even knows that the show exists ...) ;-)

It would be embarrassing, but I think that if ZOS can, they should put in a little update soon that comes up with a notification on your screen if a load screen is never going to end, so you can close app immediately instead of hoping it's just taking long like usual.
