    At what point do we start to talk about compensation for this issue? And before someone responds to me that the TOS does not entitle us to anything for giving us a broken update do download, I am aware of the TOS. However, something as a show of good-faith would be the least they can do. Especially since it this isn't an issue that can be hotfixed if could be weeks before it is solved.

    That has nothing to do with the issue. In cyro at 3am, zero bars everywhere, did not have 1 successful travel where i didn't have to force close and reload.

    Cyrodiil is done until further notice I'm afraid with the lack of response I think it's do to them not wanting to make their player's mad with how long it's actually going to be before they can fix the game they are hoping by stalling ppl either forget about it or they get to buy there self's more time till they can actually fix the problem in a month or so from now

    They made it perfectly clear in ESO Live that they are working on the issue as a top priority, they don't need to provide updates beyond that until they have something firm to report.

    The sad truth is that console player numbers are not as high as PC. Xbox EU population has been in steady decline since Destiny 2 came out and if there's fewer voices shouting for fixes then it might get put on the back burner unfortunately

    I see lots of players on. Destiny definitely hit it hard. But to be expected. Nothing excuses this awful production of a patch. Nor thier lack of supporting the players.

    It's not that you picked the wrong industry to get into, it's that this particular industry has conditioned the market. Think about it, DLC used to be considered an act of satan. Now it's near 100% acceptable to release a 1/3 developed game at full price and sell the rest as DLC because EVERYONE is doing the same thing. Over the years, that conditioned the market and it became the norm. Same for Day 1 Patches. Same for pay for betas. Same for never ending betas. The list goes on.

    If most of the industry gets in on it, you can condition the market to whatever you desire. Because ... what are the customers gonna do about it?
