So, let's say you're fairly experienced but not hardcore player. You have subscription or buying DLCs when ther're out. So, there is new fancy DLC, some new dungeons, seems nice... you queue in, finally form a group, load in and...

>pull boss
>kill boss
>next boss
>WFT ARE YOU WAITING FOR??? YOU WANT SEE STORY GO TO YOUTUBE!
>final boss
>gg ty all cya
>group dismissed
So, uhm, does that new dungeon have interesting story? Maybe...
New exciting pieces of lore? Dunno...
A spectacular views? TBH can't say...
Sure you can try solo this dungeon at Normal mode, but sadly it works with vanilla ones only. There are very few who can solo Mazzatun for example...
On the other side all single content, especially new DLCs, clearly was made for low-level, unexperienced players. There are even NPC companions to help with the quests. I don't say this is bad! What I am proposing is to make new mode for all dungeons - Story Mode (or whatever you name it). In this mode dungeon can be soloed, maybe there will be an achievement, but most important is that you can see story without that crazy gogogo race. Of course there will be no loot of some crappy loot, that doesn't matters anyway.
Q: Go to Youtube and watch letsplayers.
A: I don't want youtube, I want play the story. (and I hate letsplayers)
Q: MAke some friends and complete dungeon with them as you see fit.
A: Dear Princess Celestia... B-but isn't TESO a 'singleplayer MMO'?
Q: Play single games if you want single dungeons.
A: I don't want to play singles, I want to play TESO, please ZOS can you do this?
some people take this game just too serious that they need to rush trough the dungeon as fast as possible, maybe they are doing the speed run achievement

On another front though OP, if you are on PC NA, or even EU though my EU toon kinda stinks, I'd be happy to help run dungeons while listening to the story and taking our time.

That's kind of you to say, thanks.
But problem is? An example here. Recently I queued as usual and got this new Forge dungeon. Gogogo, some wipes, thats cool, finish. You see, these quests aren't repeatable. If they at least was repeatable, that'll help a lot!
LOTRO have Pools of Reflection. SWTOR (much better from co-op STORY point of view if you ask me...) have Story mode in flashpoints with additional NPC companion.
But ESO? If you already finished quest once, it will be forever lost to you. You will never have a chance to do it again.
Okay, if Story mode is too complicated to implement, maybe quests can be made repeatable? Without granting another skillpoint of course, just like Maelstrom Arena.

Sometimes I feel like I want to just wander in trial dungeons because they are all beautifully done honestly. Like really they are so well designed but there is no time to check them all. It's like you run them million times but never been in half of the rooms, areas.
Normal mode is easy enough.
It would be great if we could repeat the quest tho. Not only the Group Dungeons ones, but overland as well.
