Maintenance for the week of April 20:
• NA megaservers for patch maintenance – April 20, 3:00AM EDT (7:00 UTC) - 12:00PM EDT (16:00 UTC)
• EU megaservers for patch maintenance – April 20, 7:00 UTC (3:00AM EDT) - 17:00 UTC (12:00PM EDT)
The number of people that corresponds to depends on how many people have the same score.
Scenario 1: Guild 1 gets 100000, Guild 2 gets 110000, that's 24 characters on the board taking up 2 out of the 100 score spots.
Scenario 2: Guild 1 gets 100000, Guild 2 also gets exactly 100000, that's 24 characters on the board taking up just 1 out of the 100 score spots.
Scenario 3: Guild 1 gets 100000. Guild 1 runs a second time to get a better score, and one of the players swaps to an alt. They get 110000. Now you have 12 characters on the board with the new 110000 score, and 1 character with the old 100000 score. So you have 13 characters on the board taking up 2 out of 100 score spots.
So in theory, you can have an infinite number of characters on the board, if everyone ties with the same score. With no ties and no overlaps (i.e., each score has 12 characters and you don't have characters that run get better scores with other runs), then you'd have 1200 characters. In practice, though, score ties are extremely rare and overlaps are very common, so 800 or so characters sounds about right. The exact number is very variable, obviously.
