Ouch that price.
Anyone who picks this up if you can do some example dye pictures I will be very grateful. My choice on this purchase entirely depends on how well I can dye it.
Normally I go with a dark steel armour, gold highlights red cloth. TBH anything showing which parts can be changed would be great as it's still a few hours until I get home.DocFrost72 wrote: »Ouch that price.

Got color requests? This is gunna be my mage main's attire, so when I get home (3-4hrs from now) I can show you!

I did see in another thread that the red armour edges can't be dyed which is a damn shame as I wanted those in gold.

No need to do anything special DocFrost but a huge thanks for the offer!

Nice guide here on how to avoid the dyeing problem.

The costume looks great, but it suffers from that thing that's been plaguing a lot of costumes recently: vast undeyeable regions. In this case, the bright red trim. I'm of a pretty strong opinion that almost no areas of a piece of gear or armor/costume should be undeyeable, but one of the biggest is definitely the trim!! It has a profound aesthetic impact and is one of the first things I look to be able to dye. Also, apparently the chain skirt has difficulty holding color at all, which is of course a bit of a problem when the rest of the armor appears to take dyes so well. These two issues have been especially noticeable on all of the Dunmer and Argonian costumes to date, which is very unfortunate because they've been so creatively designed in terms of cut, texture, and ornamentation.
EDIT: After some consideration, the chain being a little dulled as actually not a huge concern given the placement of the perfectly-dyeing sections. The real big issue here is the red trim. I wish these would get a revisit, or some kind of community feedback before going live.

Telvanni Master Wizard
Lesser mages are often surprised to find that the typical apparel of a Telvanni Master Wizard is more stately than ostentatious. The truth is, Wizard Lords such as Divayth Fyr have no need of gaudy display. Their power lies elsewhere.
The Telvanni Master Wizard costume is available on all platforms for a limited time from November 9 to November 13, and costs 2,000 crowns.
