Well when most of the threads were being spamming this morning everyone at ZOS was out of the office/sleeping.Apache_Kid wrote: »Yes we finally got an official statement about 20+ hours after the issue was reported. If a significant portion of our customers were reporting issues with our product making it unable to be used and we waited 20 hours to give them a response, we wouldn't have any customers anymore. Must be nice to be able to have a business model where screwing up regularly costs you hardly any customers. You just get to say "oops" and try again. Seems like i picked the wrong industry to get into.

Considering we got a reply from them during their AM I would guess they've given an answer ASAP from getting into the office.

You may as well get used to it, communication is always going to be poor, however beware, you highlighting their poor communication can result in a ban from the Forums.
From my understanding the main forums staff are all working office hours NA East Coast. That's why moderation doesn't kick in until afternoon EU times.Apache_Kid wrote: »Well when most of the threads were being spamming this morning everyone at ZOS was out of the office/sleeping.Apache_Kid wrote: »Yes we finally got an official statement about 20+ hours after the issue was reported. I saw posts in the early hours of the afternoon yesterday. Just after lunch. And correct me if I am wrong but they do have employees who have it as part of their job description that they are supposed to monitor these forums? Many times, a simple "Hey guys we here you and understand your frustrations and are working on it." goes a long way. Furthermore, if your company is dropping a brand-new DLC and update, (of which some people are playing on an entirely new console) then maybe it would be wise to instruct some employees to be extra vigilant on the forums as issues are bound to occur because they ALWAYS do on console whenever there is a new update like this. Maybe I am crazy but I do not believe anything I am saying is unreasonable in the slightest.
