Unacceptable. I can make a post in 1 min. Zos, Why have you not mentioned anything about this? Players want to know whether or not you think this is ok and what's being done.

    I used to seek acknowledgement. But i learned that there is no point. If the fix takes 2 years to do, i dont need "we are workinb on it" every 2 months. It even pisses me off even more. But alas. Mmo's on console are a pain tbh. Hope you console people get some improvements soon

    Yes we finally got an official statement about 20+ hours after the issue was reported. If a significant portion of our customers at my business were reporting issues with our product making it unable to be used and we waited 20 hours to give them a response, we wouldn't have any customers anymore. Must be nice to be able to have a business model where screwing up regularly costs you hardly any customers. You just get to say "oops" and try again. Seems like i picked the wrong industry to get into.

    You may as well get used to it, communication is always going to be poor, however beware, you highlighting their poor communication can result in a ban from the Forums.

    Well when most of the threads were being spamming this morning everyone at ZOS was out of the office/sleeping.
    Considering we got a reply from them during their AM I would guess they've given an answer ASAP from getting into the office.

    I saw posts in the early hours of the afternoon yesterday. Just after lunch. And correct me if I am wrong but they do have employees who have it as part of their job description that they are supposed to monitor these forums? Many times, a simple "Hey guys we hear you and understand your frustrations and are working on it." goes a long way. Furthermore, if your company is dropping a brand-new DLC and update, (of which some people are playing on an entirely new console) then maybe it would be wise to instruct some employees to be extra vigilant on the forums as issues are bound to occur because they ALWAYS do on console whenever there is a new update like this. Maybe I am crazy but I do not believe anything I am saying is unreasonable in the slightest.

    Unfortunately true. Even criticism of the developers that doesn’t have any profanity or anything can and has gotten moderated here. Hell, I once got two warnings for “bashing the developers” when I posted in a thread that was about giving criticism.

    From my understanding the main forums staff are all working office hours NA East Coast. That's why moderation doesn't kick in until afternoon EU times.
    I believe some of them work out of hours if needed, but not sure they actively sit on the forums during their off work hours. I understand peoples frustrations but an AM next day reply isn't a bad speed.

    I would have said with this issue whilst it's clear there is something happening it probably didn't explode in the way it did until this morning to garner enough attention as a major issue, it might have just been thought to be just a few isolated cases which could be worked out via the ticket system.

    This is what I've noticed in my years of trash posting on the forums any way.

    20 hours after release is a poor response time given how easy it is to say ANYTHING. I was having issues with this at 1pm est yesterday. No post till 1045 am today.

    I'd hope that ZOS would have processes in place to monitor the performance of their software, rather than solely relying on feedback from users after pushing changes. Using the "forum moderators were off work" excuse seems pretty flimsy, since there is probably an employee or multiple employees that are monitoring these processes and should have realized that something was going on in the 20 hours it took for a generic "we're looking into it" response to go out.

    Also, not to mention, how many bug threads get made that never even get a response. I've made multiple inquiries about the almost 2-year long on-going bug of mounts being unable to traverse non-flat terrain without slowing down. Not a peep. There is another thread here I commented in about how players on Xbox have had their combat text moved to the far left of the screen. All I asked for was a simple response of whether or not this was a bug or an intended change, and nothing. For an issue like that where all is required is for someone who monitors these forums to pick-up a phone or send an email and ask a dev on whether or not this change is intended or a bug and post a 1 sentence response to us. I don't think that is too much to ask but apparently it is.

    Update please. 2 days of no fix is scary. Let's see what day 3 brings. This game is literally broken and we are not getting any news. "We are going to communicate with the community more!" *silent when actually game breaking problem for consoles is introduced.

    Who would have thought that years of ignoring their paying customers begging and pleading to fix the performance problems would have led to this!

    Many of us have hundreds even thousands of dollars invested into this game and to see them still not taking the performance issues seriously is just mind blowing!

    I’m doing the solo only stories on a new character....we all know nothing is addressed fast on consoles, so maybe by Thanksgiving we’ll hear their plans for a future update. I am curious if non Xbox one x folks have the same game files....and if so...prob a cause of the infinite load screens.
