JUST last night, my guy was talking about how he really wanted a Sep Adder like I have, but he also likes mech-themed items like Dwemer and clockwork stuff, so he wanted a clockwork winged snake. It's like you read his mind (at some undetermined point in the past...prophetic mind-reading?)! Thank you!

To the person who wished the snake would cycle colors instead of being a platform-specific color, that's SUCH a cool idea! I'm certainly not gonna complain about free, though the color-cycling would've been a nifty representative unity of players across all platforms (since cross-platform play is sadly not a thing). Plus that way you'd have the color you wanted most on your snake from time to time.

Have to say the Xbox one looks the best

PS4 one is really cool too though

If you’re a PC/Mac player, you can get your own Brassilisk from the Featured section of the in-game Crown Store. To get this new pet on console, you’ll need to navigate to the PlayStation Store or Xbox Store Elder Scrolls Online listings on your console. Here’s how:

Xbox One

1. From the Xbox One Home screen, scroll to the right until you reach the Store section.
2. Select the Search all button.
3. Enter “The Elder Scrolls Online” and select the game.
4. From The Elder Scrolls Online store page, find and select the Brassilisk in the Add-ons section to acquire it for free!

PlayStation 4

1. From the PS4 dashboard, navigate to the left and open the PlayStation Store
2. Use the top bar to select the Search option
3. Enter “The Elder Scrolls Online” and select the game (not the Add-on content that’ll also appear in the results).
4. From The Elder Scrolls Online store page, find and select the Brassilisk in the Add-ons section to acquire it for free!

Once complete, log into the game to have the pet specific to your platform added to your Collections. Note that you do not need to own the Clockwork City DLC game pack in order to receive your Brassilisk; this pet is free for everyone.

Don’t forget when you acquire the new DLC game pack and first enter the Brass Fortress, you’ll also receive the Scintillant Dovah-Fly!

Ok, so if you follow instructions you won't find it.

Well you do go to the store and go to search

You type in "brassi" and click search (didn't show me anything until I hit the button "show all results.").

It was at the end.

I could not find it on any "Elder Scrolls Online" game name or add-on.

It is NOT on Xbox home page, it is NOT on elder scrolls online page in the add-ons.

The ONLY way I found it was using the search function on "brassi" as stated above

Can anyone on Xbox and pc confirm the default names of the snake pet? The ps4 one is named “Psony”, which is genius and I freaking love it. I’m hoping the others have names related to their respective platforms....

Took some poking around the xbox store but was able to find it. popped right up when I re logged in. its pretty cute...using it on my poison based build. seems appropriate. thanks!

Edit: Lolz at the "original" price of £214.99 before the 100% discount!

The announcement page says ALL players, then it adds a line that only Xbox Gold players can get it. I share the Xbox with my husband, and he has the Gold account, but does not play ESO. On my account, I play ESO, but I don't have Gold. I can play ESO just fine with online connection because the primary account (my husband) has Xbox Gold. I cannot get the brassalisk pet, because I do not have Xbox Gold. My husband who has the Gold account, but does not play ESO, can get the exclusive Pet.

Thanks a lot Microsoft. You pulled a fast one over Zenimax, and they can't do a thing about it.

I know it is just a silly vanity item, and a marketing ploy by Microsoft, but it is infuriating. I doubt if I will log into the game for a while now, because I will see those silly pets and be reminded that somehow I am not good enough to play this game.


edited: Because DLC and Morrowind are tied to Zenimax accounts, I can play all of the added things on my account, but my husband can only play the base game.
