Yep... 3-4 years playing now, actively at that, and not once in that duration of time have I EVER seen even 1 single "Game Master" the loading screens like to frequently mention.

They need to reach out to their most trusted players, not people like me or other randoms, but people who have a strong standing in the community, and pass the torch off to them.... Warframe does it with chat moderation... players who are in good standing and don't get in trouble with DE are given a chance. And most often they don't abuse it.

Just a simple two step thing, add new Game Masters that are players, but at the same time make sure their judgements/reports are fast tracked to be verified by an actual ZOS employee.

Basically just players with a higher report priority... would make alot of difference.

I have said many times though, and I think a large issue here is that copies of the game are not limited to activations. On console it's quite simple - primary PSN account owns the game, but sets up a secondary account on the same system - due to being on the same system, it can also use the games on the console - so they use the secondary account to bot - the secondary inevitably gets banned, but not the primary since it wasn't engaged in any botting... all that does is let them open a new secondary and do it all again.

Gamesharing ESO should be removed from consoles, like period, no game sharing at all. And on PC the product should only have limited activations - like after 3, that copy of the game is no longer valid for new accounts, they will have to buy the game again. I think this would be a huge deterrent to botters. If botting is easy and profitable, they'll do it, if they make botting have an expensive pricetag like having to repurchase the game after so many bans from that copy of the game, then I guarantee many will think twice about botting.

Dude is a console player.

It's possible he's just one of those weirdos (or people with injuries and can't work a mouse/keyboard without extreme discomfort) that uses a controller on PC. Though the lack of UI addons could also be an indicator of console.

He has previously complained about voice chat. PC doesn't have a voice chat system built in.
