But why bother with that, when I could have the SUPER DUPER CLASS! Not to be confused with the slightly weaker SUPER CLASS which has less DUPER.

A Sorc is a pure Mage though, period. A BattleMage is a Melee Spell Slinger, which even a StamSorc isn't since barely a handful of Sorc Skills have Stamina morphs, and only two are ever used, Armaments and Hurricane.

A BattleMage could be a pure DPS Class, with trees full of damage skills that have both Magic and Stamina Morphs but still act like destruction spells.

Thing is not only are you not utilizing any Stam abilities, you're not utilizing the Weapons themselves either. The ONLY reason for Mag Characters to Dual Wield is the Twin Blade and Blunt Passive for Swords.
