Which one do you use while playing? I personally use character name and HATE when people call me by my online ID. Character naming feels like a waste and I personally prefer my alts to feel like individual entities instead of under one certain ID. So which do you use and prefer?

In random groups I usually use char names or some short forms of them.
When playing with friends / guild mates I usually use either RL names or account names.
When people address me I'll react to all possible names, but I prefer RL or account name as char names can become confusing when switching between characters a lot.0 -

✭Online IDCharacter name is problematic and annoying because it will constantly change, resulting in you not knowing who someone is. With online ID, there is never any confusion as to who the person is regardless of what char they are on.1 -
