So, no free stuff? *sobs gently*
In all seriousness though, I too am interested in knowing if the new console will help alleviate some of the issues that I have with ESO, especially the fact that I crash if I even think about going near Vivec City, Orsinium, Abah's Landing, etc...

Xbox One's biggest bottleneck is it's 5400 RPM Hard Drive. If you are thinking about investing $500 into the Xbox One X, which if I remember correctly, has the same grabage Hard Drive in it.
Why not spend $130-$150 on a Solid State Drive instead? This cut my Xbox One load times into highly populated areas like Stormhaven-Wayrest from ~40 seconds, to ~10 seconds.
I guess IF you have cash running from every pocket, you could do both the Xbox One X, and buy a Solid State Drive. Therefore getting the graphical enhancement of the Xbox One X, and the huge performance boost of the Solid State Drive!
Here is a Youtube link with installation info, and links to purchasing the necessary hardware. WARNING! You need to buy at least a 256GB+ SSD in order for it to be compatible with your Xbox One. I bought the 500GB Samsung linked in his video description.

For future reference gamers ... if you’re smart enough to know the correct way to upgrade your XBox’s hard drive then you should be making 100k a year with one of the major cable or telephone companies.
Seriously.

100%. Seriously. I’ve been in the telecom industry for almost 15 years. You exhibited more knowledge of current set ups then 90% of the engineers and 99% of the sales departments in just that one post. At 36 I’m still one of the youngest people in my industry and all of these companies pay great and a significant majority of them have workforce’s in their 50s that no longer can keep up.
If you study up on SD WAN you could have a job paying almost 100k fairly easily.

I think i will go study then, I actually have a newborn son so i have been looking for good work. I just don't want to for minimum wage or dead end jobs. Thanks for the insight!

I’m thinking of picking up a XBox One X in hopes that it rekindles ESO for me, but $500 for that and more for a new 4K TV isn’t exactly chump change. Can anyone point me to any statements ZOS had made on the subject? I can only find vague stuff from a few months back.
Also, no I’m not going to PC and no you can’t have my stuff. Thanks!

The SSD definitely helps load times and some other things but a lot of the issues were not resolved for me as I was told that regardless of how fast the ssd can perform, the cpu and gpu still have to process it......that and what seems to be internet based or server based impacts that were not resolved even by moving to a 1gig Google Fiber ISP

Some issues can be related to the sub par CPU/GPU, especially in large scale PVP battles, trials, and the Alik'r dolmen grind. I still did see a massive performance boost in PVP when upgrading to a SSD, though there will still be issues when zerglings pour into the area spamming AoE's.
The servers can be finicky at times too, but as someone who used to play ~15 hours a day on Xbox, i can say there is a lot less server issues than most people think.
If you're using internet with a wireless connection, consider getting a landline connection with an Ethernet cord.
I will edit my original post to clarify exactly what type of performance boosts you can expect from upgrading to a SSD.

I’m debating going to the newer Samsung T5 500 gig model now.
It can’t hurt right :-)
Oh and while this isn’t funny, but sometimes you gotta laugh. So Google Fiber forces you to use their hardware unlike my other ISP so this freaking Xbox one S gets faster upload/download wired using a cat6 cable obviously, however, this game only.....literally just this game....performs better when I’m wireless vs wired.
I tried swapping cables, and different ports as well as UPnP off/on and port forwarding and no port forwarding.
. Any ideas there?
Xbox one s detailed results wired are: (no port forwarding with UPnP on)
348 Mbps down
726Mpbs up
0% packet loss
1480 mtu
*ISP can’t seem to identify why my download is lower than my upload on all wired devices.
Wireless results: (5 gig band)
132 Mbps down
73 Mbps upload
0% packet loss
1480 MTU

The newer model should be better, but i would definitely compare some benchmarks to get some backround. I've been surprised before!
As for your upload being higher than your download when wired... I have this gut feeling that for whatever reason, your Upload/Download when wired may be switching spots. As in your upload is 348 Mb/s and your download is the 726 Mb/s. If they are not just numbers and you have tested their functionality, I think your ISP may have goofed somewhere.
