PS4 player here but I try to keep up on the forums.

Apparently they lied about an approximately 16% increase to the cost of the skill (it's actually about 75% if I remember correctly), now I hear it says on the skill that it goes through block but block stops it anyway. What the heck?????????

I know they had to do something to sorc to satisfy the crybabies but c'mon that seems pretty negligent. Is this something that can get fixed via hotfix or do we have to wait a full patch cycle for this to get fixed? Would love to hear from ZOS staff. I'm ok with mistakes here and there but jeez that's pretty bad when you guys are trying to make this a main sorc cc after removing the entire crystal fragments skill from the game.
