Lately on Xbox EU Server I've noticed a lot of pop ups in the text chat, from people who have obviously made new xbox live accounts just to post ''Do you want WTB gold and materials?'' then followed by a website and a ''coupon code'' with a number at the end. They clearly don't want their main accounts to get banned hence the fact they make random accounts.

What is this? Why is it here? And how do we destroy it? Are ZOS aware?

    It's funny, because just today I saw same question in Rivenspire zone chat PC/EU. Guy even said about discount code. Let me guess, does this website has "-" between letters? If so, then we have some serious gang up there.

    Yes the website has ' - ' between letters. and the coupon consists of 4 capitalised letters.

    The worst part is when it finally puts you in a group, your healer turns into a werewolf, your tank has 14k HP and the dps is heavy armor, using a restro staff and a two handed sword on the backbar. Then comes the 15 minute penalty before the cycle starts anew.

    Rulz of Morrowind:
    • The first rule of Morrowind is: You do not talk about Morrowind.
    • The second rule of Morrowind is: You do not talk about Morrowind.
    • Third rule of Morrowind: Someone yells NDA stuff, uploads images, streams, the game is over.
    • Fourth rule: only invited players can test.
    • Fifth rule: one invite at a time, fellas.
    • Sixth rule: crying or bashing on pts.
    • Seventh rule: NDA will go on as long as they have to.
    • And the eighth and final rule: If this is your first invite at Morrowind, you have to play.

    If they're directing you to a web site, it's something shady. It's a gold seller.

    Best thing to do is report them and move on.

    Unlike bots they are nice and easy to report.

    On PC/NA last night, one popped up in nearly every zone I went to. (Wrothgar was the only exception). Made me think they were using some sort of addon that made their msg show in zone chat as soon as you port in (if that is possible?)

    I reported them & took screenshots to send in. It's the first time I've seen these Gold Sellers since launch, sad that they're coming back.

    Have reported the same 2 days in a row...

    At least on console you guys can also report to Sony/Microsoft and possibly get the consoles bricked. Pretty sure that has to be against their TOS as well.
