I don't know how you'd recognize a player like that..
I mean, unless they straight up tell you they've purchased their account, there's no way of knowing.
Also, you guys are making me feel extremely self-conscious. :P More than half the mistakes and silly things mentioned in this thread are things I'd probably do - or have done - at some point in the game. I'm CP400 and have only ever run a normal dungeon ONCE, with a friend. Only did two normal trials up until this point and that was with a very understanding and patient group of guildies. I'm a PvE quester at heart, enjoying the overland content mostly, and so if I ever were to gather up the courage and walk into a dungeon with a group I don't know, I'd probably make a fool of myself. And in all honesty, it's threads like these that make me want to try out this type of content even less.
Just because someone does not seem to understand the mechanics of whatever it is you're currently running as a group (or does not know their gear/skill set-up is generally thought of as sub-par, for that matter), doesn't mean the player has not gotten to where they are currently by themselves. Instead of kicking, trolling or calling out names, they'd probably be better helped if someone were to try and teach / inform them on what it is that's expected of them.
Not yet. But I did meet player I suspect is sharing his account with someone. I mean, you run into a guy in Cyrodiil and he kills you like a pro, and then next day you kill him 1v1 like he just started to play PvP 2 days ago. Happened several times.Have you every meet a player you suspect bought their account already leveled?

You both realise this is an MMO, right? Buying your account, not knowing anything and jumping into group content literally affects at least 3 other players.

Can only happen in a PUG. If you have expectations, don't PUG.
And people playing badly in PUGS happens all the time, even when people use an account they have levelled themselves.
Sorry but I don't see this argument as valid, and I still don't see where the problem is with people who buy accounts levelled by others. After all, they're paying MORE for playing LESS (most quests not being repeatable, etc). It makes no sense why anyone would do that, but if some do, well, that's not really affecting anyone. Sure you can stumble upon one of those in a PUG. But people in guilds will not be fooled very long anyway. And people can learn to play.

No.
I can see why re-selling accounts is an annoyance to ZOS and thus why it is forbidden by TOS/EULA, but I don't see how it affects other players at all.
like who gives a flying f if someone bought an acc?
