What do you think of the (newish) look for the Bent Cats, going from creep hazy shadow phantoms to Khaajit with glowing blue patterns on their armor?

    This change was over a year ago. It used to look like a shadow creature with a fuzzy, indistinct outline. Now it's the black skin with neon blue stripes.

    I haven't found an armor look that I like yet. I like the more clean armor look so not a bunch of patterns on it.

    It’s been like this for a while now. Didn’t care when I found out, don’t care now. I mean it’s not like they drop pieces in the style, so who the hell cares? Why, instead of wasting their time with this, did they not finally fix the vampire tattoos?

    I believe tinythinker is referring to the Dro-m'Athra you run into in a Stonefalls quest, which looked like shadows originally. I rejoined the game back in July of 2016 and created a new character and they were still shadows when I played through Stonefalls. So MaddPowered is likely correct.

    New trial, new motif, updated visual. Meh. The old version was more intimidating but the new versions look better in terms of graphics.

    Quest in Stonefalls, used to be creepy, now its a [snip] lightshow with zero value. Its like mobile game bs.

    I like the look overall but felt they felt eerier/creepier before which I liked.

    The shadowy figure fit the terror they were described as, a shadowy reflection of the world and people we know. But they made a Dro-m'Athra style and it would be weird if the enemies of said faction did not wear that style. I think they could have made a better compromise by giving them the style and keeping them shadowy silhouettes.

    The more I look at it, the less the Dro-m'Athra style fits. It is over designed sci-fi in a fantasy game at worst and a khajiit possessed at best. The Dro-m'Athra, by and large, are spirits. They should look ephemeral.

    Thieves Guild no? With the introduction of Maw of Lorkhaj? Brotherhood was in June, Thieves Guild was in March :P
