For PvE DPS, no, this change wouldn't affect it. But for PvP, it would.

Except it shouldn't, because holding a physical damage weapon in your hand shouldn't suddenly make non physical damage stronger.

My argument has never been "omg wrath OP" it's more "why is this even a thing"
It only adds weapon damage to your 1H+S skills which do physical damage so buffing spell damage makes no sense.

Doesn't actually say that it only increases the 1H+S skills, it says it increases your weapon damage if you have one equipped. So if it buffed spell damage too it could work on class skills or other and buff them too.
But since many people seem to not like 1H+S magicka users I don't think many will say yes too it. Personally have no preference.
