    That would make this set a little too strong if we did weapon/spell damage instead of class damage

    I mean, there aren't any 2-4 piece bonuses that give extra damage to class skills. The new Axiom set is the first to put it on a 5th piece bonus, so I was just trying to make sure you were using the right terminology.

    I figured there was room for some supportive ultimate generation sets, as there isn't really a way to intentionally affect another player's ultimate other than ulti cost increase poisons

    The Ult Gen healer could be either a 5 piece or monster set. The idea is it could serve as a possible replacement for SPC or as a monster set that healers would actually want

    But otherwise Here's my Idea for an armor set. (It is highly complex & sophisticated.)
    Rajhin's Shadow
    Style: Dro M'Athra
    Armor Type: Medium Armor (Droppable)
    Orientation: PvE (Semi-Non-combat bonuses)
    Set type: 5-Piece Set
    • (2) adds 1206 Max Health
    • (3) Reduces the Radius you can be detected while sneaking by 2 Meters.
    • (3) Decrease the detection radius of Witnesses & Guards by 10%, Witnesses are thus less likely to notice crimes while guards won't attempt to apprehend until they get closer.
    • (4) Adds 129 Stamina and Magicka Recovery.
    • (5) Reduces the Radius you can be detected by 3 Meters. While Hidden, Increases your Chance to Successfully Pickpocket by 20% & Improves your chances of Forcing Locks by 5%.

    When you cast Soul Trap, you consume one soul gem to become Celestial for 30 seconds. This effect can occur once every minute.
    (2) Adds 129 Magicka Recovery. While Celestial, increases your Soul Trap damage by 75%.

    (3) Adds 1096 Max Magicka. While Celestial, heavy attacks with a staff heal you for 2500 health.

    (4) Adds 129 Magicka Recovery. While Celestial, you gain Minor Prophecy, Minor Sorcery, and Minor Heroism.

    You're talking to someone who still resents the unstoppable nerf. So I wouldn't want a minute cool down on it.

    So you want the ability to have 100% up time on it, cause balance is non existent in your world I guess.
