The Trickster Pacrooti came to me, promosing sight of you, yet it was but a lure, and I fell for it. For there was yet another fourty-five crates which I ravaged, tossing its content aside most violently, even to my own disdain, as I now believe the Ordinators of Vivace have begun to suspect me, for a mere smuggler.

Oh how wrong they're, dearest Plague Husk Horse... For I could not care for finen Wrothgarian Silk, nor the spacious creatures from all the corners of Tamriel. No, for all I care about, is you, my dearest Plague Husk Horse.

But now I stand here, beneath the temple of a god, empty handed. Pacrooti, the Trickster, the Deceiver, the Liar, have given me a total of two-thousand, one-hundred and twenty-five of his.. violet gems, in my failure to procure you, my dearest Plague Husk Horse.

If my immortal shell could still weep, so it now would. For I miss you, my precious Plague Husk Horse, oh so very much.

They do, but there are 3 mounts, including the plague horse, that you cannot buy with gems. They are only "rare" drops.

Your dismay was expressed in a very poetic way, OP. I'm sorry you didn't get the mount you wanted

The 3 mounts that are advertised on said EMAIL (PIC included) that was sent to players to advertise are only obtainable through gambling and not redeemable through gems. Dwarven crates had ~2 of these mounts also.

At least make a semi educated decesion on %age drop rates. People say RNG but results show its heavily weighted so not really RNG lol

It has always been a horrible move to create crown crate "exclusives." They do it because we fall for it and they are convinced that they will make more $$ this way than simply doing the right and decent and customer-friendly thing and simply offering everything for a fixed price in the crown store.

I know. I think they'd still make a lot since you'd still have to open a lot of crates to get that many gems, and maybe more people would buy them if they knew eventually they'd be guaranteed the mount. I dunno. Just what I wish they'd do but I know they won't.

I've banked 3400 gems now...and I got a sensche, finally, which was actually the one I wanted. Total: 235 crates. So less than a 0.5% chance for me. I knew what I was getting into, I expect no sympathy, and I had a couple hundred to spare as well as plenty of crowns from the recent crown salebut still. Don't think I will be participating in future seasons, nor will I have to with what I banked in gems. Still, there's gambling then there's fleecing, and this leans toward the latter.

I'm not sure what is more breathtaking: People having thousands of crown gems or them not getting what they wanted. It's only ZOS winning either way though.
