It’s typically the same damn elements in every RPG that features sorcery: Fire, Lightning, and Ice. This holds true for the Destruction Staves in ESO. I’d like to see something like a “Nature” staff that uses Spriggan-type magic or a “Shadow” staff that uses that dark energy the Dremora and Xivkyn often use. Would ZOS be able to implement something like this in a competent manner?

I think that a nature or Spriggan-type staff would fit well as an alternative line for the restoration staffs. But shadow sounds nice, perhaps with some neat necromancer features (debuffs / temporary summons / turns / fears).

Cyan "coldfire" destruction staves (fire effect visuals in cyan, but ice effect status and damage), purple "warlock" destro staves (pure magic damage, shock effect status), green acid destro staves (fire status effects, poison damage), or red blood magic healing staves (less damage, but as lifedrain)
i agree with making frost a useful element. there are already a lot of mechanics for zos to balance, let them work with the ones they have for now.
