Bug Report: healthy offering is healing ppl that are in a duel.

2 ppl are dueling i can stand on the side and heal them and laugh very loudly.

This might stop dueling in cities and wayshrines.2 ppl are dueling i can stand on the side and heal them and laugh very loudly.
If so its an feature not an bug.
Grinding just make you go in circles.

✭More importantly, does a dueling player trying to cast offering on themselves actually target a bystander?
The same for the Cauterize skill for dragonknights. Does it affect the correct target?0
