Bug Report: healthy offering is healing ppl that are in a duel.

2 ppl are dueling i can stand on the side and heal them and laugh very loudly.
THE CAVELRY HAS ARRIVED! Cav is a professional magblade, (in his not so professional opinion). He is immortal and is fighting for the Pact since 2E 572, amidst the turmoil of the Second Akaviri Invasion. He protects the provinces of Skyrim, Morrowind and Black Marsh.

    This might stop dueling in cities and wayshrines.
    If so its an feature not an bug.
    Grinding just make you go in circles.
    Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.

    More importantly, does a dueling player trying to cast offering on themselves actually target a bystander?
    The same for the Cauterize skill for dragonknights. Does it affect the correct target?
