As the vMA Buffs are now considered set bonuses, you cannot empower them with infused anymore, may it be front or back bar. This results on a noticable DPS loss on stamina builds compared to live, as endless hail lost a big chunk of damage. It is a good thing in my opinion, as the skill was more than twice as strong as the second skill in my DPS parses. It also lowers the ceiling for stamina dds, which might bring magicka more in line again..
