    Anything. Literally.

Meta will change every half a year and classes get buffed and nerfed.

Pick which class you feel looks and feels coolest for you.

There are so many ways to form a good team as a duo that it's hard to boil it down to one right class combo.

When my SO and I play, we pick whatever classes we want, but we take a second to plan together when choosing skills and morphs. That way we can make the most of the four bars we have between us. For example: "Do you have anything that gives you [buff]? Because I could get this skill that would give us both [buff], unless your skill does it better."

so for Vhof i should take a sorc healer while my friend is playing a sorc tank ?
seriously ... templar healer and dk tank are the best.

Slightly off-topic but would just like to make a toast to all the healer (or in my relationship's case; healer / tank) partners who make life so much easier in game <3

Love the look of the Dunmer race.Racials indicate more towards Mag Dk.The fire damage bonus. But i read somewhere that dk is more in the face but Sorc is more ranged.I am not the Min-max guy,but dunno what i should pick. The DK-s flamebreathing powers and leaps are awesome looking.

I try to get sorcs banned in vHoF.. those mines tho :/

    Healplar and tankdk are best.

As for question I'd suggest magicka templar dd. Biased answer, but still.

Difficulty scaling is desperately needed. 9 years. 6 paid expansions. 25 DLCs. 41 game changing updates including A Realm Reborn-tier overhaul of the game including a permanent CP160 gear cap and ridiculous power creep thereafter. I'm sick and tired of hearing about Cadwell Silver&Gold as a "you think you do but you don't"-tier deflection to any criticism regarding the lack of overland difficulty in the game.

    DK

Templar and DK ( in PvP at least ) are a duo to behold, impossible to kill unless you have 100+ xD

In days of old, mag templar and mag NB synergized really well with each other. Their offensive moves heal both members (ritual of retribution, purifying light, radiant aura, funnel health and sap essence, etc etc) and with a magplar you get an aoe magicka steal, which benefits both specs.

Any setup will work though, you just need to figure out where your strengths are and what you can give each other for buffs. If you go stam nightblade, for example, you can use magicka to mark the boss and provide fracture and breach for an enemy. Same with a mag sorc and elemental drain.
