My War Horn! Voice over thing

So, I was in a raid channel in discord awhile back. Every time a certain trial member would use war horn, a voice over would sound saying "My War Horn" in a very brute voice. I don't know if it was a discord bot, an add-on or some sort of macro. If anyone has any insight, I'd appreciate it. I think it would be cool to have. Thx
