    False

OP, they can proc of Weapon abilities too. But if you dual wield off hand is only off light and heavy attacks. There also seems to be for some reason that Spell and Weapon damage glyphs can't proc of some if not all weapon abilities but all other glyphs proc of weapon abilities too.

So is crusher in my case appling on my endless hail and poison inj? Is it still applying the back bar crusher on my bow when i swap to my front bar duel??

With Horns of the Reach they made it so that is not the case, it will proc only as long as you are on that bar. Once you swap that enchantment cannot be proced.

From what I understand they do remain but I don't really DPS so not 100% sure. But I am fairly certain they do remain.

That seems odd that they would allow one enchant to transfer and not another. What is your source for them changes in hotr?
