I need a third hotbar

I've been playing for about a year now and I try not to complain or make unreasonable demands, but I really, really need either a 3rd weapon swap/hot bar or I need the two we have to be expanded to allow a couple more skills!!! I'm trying out a Night Blade and a Dragon Knight and I'm also trying to get used to a staff rather than a bow. I'm having a great time doing it, but since I've mainly played Templars in the last year, I'm really used to having a heal skill. With NB and DK you have to be a bit more creative to heal.

Do you suppose expanding the skill bars will ever be a possibility?

    Have you tried Sorcs? They have a 3rd Overload Bar. :)

    I like having limited ability slots. It forces you to think hard about what skills you slot.

    If you had 3 bars, you would feel that 4 bars would be better.

    Exactly and it has not been an issue in over 3 years.

    The same would be if we could slot 6 skills per bar instead of just 5. Then some would want to slot 7 skills.

    I never felt this need with my Templars. I think it's because I'm still learning the ins and outs of the classes. Some of the skills work together, and others don't work together as well. I like them all and want to use them all. I get it that picking and choosing is part of the game.

    Agreed.
    I would much rather see them keep to the current, and let people thing long and hard about what they want to slot where...

    Also, a third bar would generally mean a third weapon... which would make things annoying when switching during lag...

    Though you could always go with overload or werewolf... ;) (Yeah, I know, not exactly what the OP was asking for)

    I would much prefer to have just one more skill slot for each of the current two bars than having a third bar. Just one more slot, Zen/dev.. come on now, you can do it!

    Sorc heal and sorc tank are garbage. While the DK is the best tank and the best stam dd in Engame PVE.

    be thankful u have useful skills as a DK - that u have to try and find slots- i like it though- it allows for more variance and decision making in builds. if we all had 3 bars and 6 skills on each- everyone would essentially be able to pack all the skills that are any good - making us all play the same.

    I think realistically, adding one extra slot to each skill bar and the ability to use the same weapons for the skill bar swap would give combat a lot more fluidity and flexibility. A whole third skill bar though? Too much.

    Go sorc, Go werewolf, or go sorc/werewolf for the most expensive toolkit in the game, 4 bars baby:)

    Okay, so a third hot bar would be too much.....I get that. One more skill on the hot bar? That would be super sweet.

    As far as being a sorc......I don't like being a sorc and I've deleted every one I've ever tried. I would take the crystal frags skill, but the rest I can do without!

    I'm not saying I don't like sorcs period. I know they are powerful. I'm just saying I don't like playing them myself.

    Roll up a sorc, take DW, forget that you're a sorc. Use DW to get whirlwind and twin slashes. Take Medium Armor. Slot Crit Surge, use surge, a lot. Take Dark Deal. Make non-sorcs cry with Dark Deal. Murder things.

    Though, seriously, the real joy with stam sorcs is you're only dipping into your class for utility powers. You're using weapons as your primary damage output. That said, a bunch of your passives actually make you substantially stronger or more efficient than a non-sorc with a similar loadout.

    Well, if you'd actually said what Apherius claimed you did, then yes. Because DKs do not, in fact, have everything. :p At least, not anymore.

    I'M an old PC mmo player. I would rather have more hotbars than this ESO console setup. The game would be more interesting if you could have hotbars like in EQ2 or Wow. People think having limited hotbars make you think. I think it dumbs down the game period.

    and ive been playing console for as long as i remember and im sick of my gaming experience being screwed over because PC players keep developing add ons that are influencing the developers.
