Can't log in to character - for a week now.

Hey there,
a guild mate of mine can't log into one of his characters. The others are working, but he doesn't have a forum account and his ticket about getting one hasn't yet been answered, neither have his in-game tickets, so I thought I'd post this to give his case a bump.
Account: @jackdhy
Character: Zephyr Oretheran
He keeps getting error 326 (6:3:1027:2) when trying to log in with Zephyr. The other characters are working fine.
The reference number of his open ticket is 170822-00764.
Please investigate and get him unstuck! Thanks!
