It seems that ZOS does not even give you a full 30 days paid time. They give you 29 days. Each month it gets shortened. Everyone should check their billing history.

This has confused me both times I've had a sub. I check on what should be the last day and see <1 days remaining and start thinking maybe it's bugged or something.
If I get one again maybe I'll remember to write down the exact time I get it, so I know when it's due to run out.

Dude, relax, they are not shortchanging you, @Acrolas is correct, go back to the account home page fast enough after you pay for it and it will indeed say a full 30days, refresh it again or wait a few seconds until you go to the page and it will say 29 days, cause its 29 days 23hs ~59min or something like that. It only shows the days listed. If you want you can try this by looking at the game on the last day, it will say you have 0 days but it will take a full 24hs until you have to pay.0 -

It's fairly common sense, especially when you see your renewal dates at the end of each cycle. A company like ZOS, no matter how questionably they run their game, wouldn't just get away with shilling people like that out of the blue, years into the services lifetime.0 -

✭✭✭✭It's really simple - the display of time left on your sub is rounded down. 30 days minus 10 seconds is rounded down to 29 days - even though it's 29 days, 23 hours, 59 minutes, and 50 seconds.
It's the same if you list stuff on a guild store in game, the display on time left until expiry flicks over within seconds of you listing the item and rounds it down.GM - Ghost Sea Trading Co - NA PC

You have to reminder what time zone you are in if you are on EU server you are 6 hours in front of where ZoS HQ is which I guess would be the place the bill you from.
