There used to be a bug where weapon swap cancelling it would consume the ult but fail to apply the ability. I haven't used it in a long time, though, and can't watch your vid to see what's going on from my phone.

what about it isn't working? the second death shows poison injection which could of been a tick that was on you before it was cast. the first death shows no projectiles on kill cap.
I use this ulti too, just wondering where your seeing it not work

Remember block doesn't reduce all damage, I know for a fact Oblivion Damage goes through block.
I think I remember reading somewhere that other things are block proof too.
But
Watching the video, the first one is strange.
- you activate, it should last five secs. I see everything being blocked UNTIL you get knocked down (odd to be knocked down with block up - I think possible though) then I see you take several attacks (That DO NOT appear on the scrolling damage text) then die - only on recap do you see the attacks - which clearly are not blocked.
Second part shows it working, you activate it and still hold block for about 2 secs then it has lapsed about 2 secs before you died.
My only assumption is that the Ult stops working if you get knocked down (or potentially other CCs)?

At 7 secs in he activates ult, at 8 secs he gets knocked down - not showing how - assumption is WB (but not definitive) if it was WB - then ult not working properly

Yeah I was wondering the other night when I saw a snipe coming and hit it. At first I thought it didn't go off in time but then I ate consecutive ranged attacks
You REALLY need to turn on buff trackers to make this easier.
I'm watching the video and I potentially see a lot of wrong.
First off it's consistently giving you a desync which makes it difficult to see wtf is causing things to go wrong. When activated the damage scrolling stops
It's either not blocking OR is ONLY giving you the minimum 50% prevention ignoring all buffs (which may or may not be caused by you switching bars - again hard to tell)
It's also difficult because of your lack of trackers, but it does seem like your HoTs either expire or get cancelled, hard to tell.
Definitely something odd... I'm starting to think, when activated, you actually lose the added mitigations, because when you're normally blocking the damages are clearly reduced by a significant amount

Reflect is and has always been buggy. To this day I'm still not sure why some snipes go through DK scales (people have suggested stealth). Also a skill that has been fired by another player before shield wall is cast (i.e., the projectile is on it's way to the target) will not be reflected. And then there is lag, desynchs, and other factors at work. Relying on reflect can be frustrating.
Make Rush of Agony "Monsters only." People should not be consecutively crowd controlled in a PvP setting. Period.
