Best place to level up?

I have just reached level 10 with my 3rd character, StamDK

I have levelled my previous two characters by hard questing. For this one, I just want an easy, less time consuming way to level him up. What would you suggest? Any locations or specific activities to do?

That doesn't help much, what exactly should I do in Imperial CIty? Quests, or?

do random dungeons, and leave the dungeon when 2 people have left.

Well the fatsest way is probably farming mobs in the various farming locations with xp pots and training gear. These spots can be crowded but worth it if you get lucky and no one is around.

The easiest is going to be alikir dolmen grinding. Join a group and just walk in a circle. Its mind numbingly boring though.

Yeah, Alik'r and Auridon dolmen trains are incredibly mindless for the XP payout.

Skywatch is the usually cited grind spot, but I'm not sure it's still the best option. That'll still get tedious, though.

Fastest: Skyreach (instanced) or various overworld grind spots (non-instanced)

    Most fun: Normal Maelstrom Arena

Easiest: Dolmen zergs (good for builds that aren't able to efficiently kill for traditional grinding, like tanks or characters that you never bothered to get gear for, but the slowest of these three options)

For my latest alt, I rushed through the main quest, scoured the zones for dolmens, skyshards, lorebooks and wayshrines, did a little grinding in the usual instanced spots, especially to level up certain skills, and did lots of random normal dungeons.

That combo for me has the advantage: A good mix of fun, XP, not too boring, you get lots of skillpoints along the way. :)
    Kind regards,

I would zombie grind in cold harbor ( there is a spot that everyone grinds ). It's the best place to level low characters if you are solo. Crimson cove is a good spot too.

If you want a friend, get a dog.

Skyreach Catacombs in Craglorn is the best spot in my opinion, but you should have a high level player carrying you, since it otherwise get quite ineffective. If you are solo try Spellscar or Motalion Necropolis. Doing the daily random dungeons gives a ton of EXP as well.

Skyreach in Craglorn is by far the fastest if you have a friend that knows "the circle"

    What I normally do is:

Main quest up to Message across Tamriel (good xp plus skill points)
Delves (ok xp and skill points from collecting skyshards)
Cyrodil (until I max out the skill lines)
And everyday, do a random dungeon

After that, I do some dolmen runs in between doing faction quests that give skill points.
