Decisive vs Charged One Handed Weapon

All the below is concerned about PVP
I am farming sets for my DW MagSorc and very much struggle with getting my hands on Spinner's One Handed Swords in Precise or Sharpened trait
I have 2 decisive and 2 charged One Handed Spinner's Swords
Out of two traits, which one should I go with until I find Sharpened or Precise?
And in which cases i.e. under what builds either Charged or Decisive traits are good? Where do they find their place?

✭✭✭Unless you have a lot of different sources of ultimate gain I would go with Charged, at least that gives higher chance of secondary effect, many of which have really good effects. Add some elemental damage enchantments and they will proc very nicely.0 -

✭✭✭✭✭Both are pretty bad for a dw mag sorc to be honest.
But i'd go decisive you won't be proccing many status effects are a dw mag sorc.
I wouldn't even waste the gold or time personally and wait until a better trait dropped.PS4 EU DC
