Then it is very unlikely you will crown. Just reconcile with the fact that you will need to work with/play other factions if you want a realistic shot at emperor.
Your other option is go to non vet Kyne at the start of the campaign with a good build/set up for 10-20 levels and hope you're the biggest no lifer on the server and pray that others on your faction will help you flip the emp keeps when the time arrives.
Keep in mind that ESO is an MMO so ultimately it is a social experience so knowing and becoming familiar with those on your faction/server will greatly increase your chance at crowning.

Not true at all. The PvP guild I am in has crowned over fifty emperors and we have never coordinated with other factions.

Then it doesn't sound like any real competition exists where your guild plays.

Atm on the busiest 30 day campaign the top 2 player for Pact are both zerglings.
Neither are CP 630, both in the 400s.
I've witnessed both fight and oh my they suck, the top player is a stamblade.
All he does is Zerg all day and repair walls, 1v1 he gets wrecked by any decent player.
If he can get emp on the busiest campaign, not being CP cap, whilst being not a great player then I believe anybody can.
Time is key though.
There are an awful lot of very good, very experienced and very dedicated pvpers who have never been emp.
The fact that you have to ask suggests to me that you are none of the above, and have a VERY long way to go.
Some titles just aren't meant for everyone.

All depends on what platform you play on Xbox ps4 pc and is it on NA or EU
