They did but it was a laughable nerf, not enough to dethrone them as the overall most powerful class

Just put a trap inside mines , its not so hard kill a magsorc if you know how to do to beat them.

I literally didn't even type the word "Mines"—and if you think putting a rearming trap down inside of mines is the secret answer to killing MagSorcs—especially in my scenario where they have 50k max mag and two pets, you're just wrong. It's a game of pressure, and you cannot build something in ESO with more pressure in a 1v1 than PetSorc—not after the proc set nerfs. Pets literally give the same effect as proc sets—free damage—only it's twice as good.

Oh, and when pressure is being applied to you it costs less resources to shield stack + heavy resto than it does for the other player to use offensive abilities.

2 years in cyrodil without pve,
Magsorcs with pets = I can defeat them easily
Magsorcs without pets = hard to defeat ,
Just this , all good magsorcs don't run pets.
But as main sorc I know that the latest build (almost all magsorcs run it ) penacea + bloodspawn is really strong , too strong

I don't know why everyone here seems to think Stam sorcs are a weak 1v1 class. They most certainly aren't. They're virtually unkillable if they run immov pots and get passed dmg shields because of how ridiculously OP the crit surge ability + hurricane + dual wield is.

You can proc surge healing on damage shields.
