Really your argument is about perspective @Ethromelb14_ESO , it does all read like you are trying to make something over nothing, but to try to be respectful to your point you need to be clearer.

Are you just talking about never killing anything as a principle or are you talking about good / evil. As the later is easy in this game, I.e. To play a lawfull good character making 'good' choices.

If you don't want to kill there is plenty of content in the game that you can so, as others have said, however you don't seem happy with that. You want the game as intended but around your ruleset, which I'm sorry but starts to sound like entitlement, others could wish for a game with more killing so we shouldn't all get what we want or feel a 'right' to it.

Back to perspective, is killing Molag Bal evil on your book? He's about to consume the world so for most killing him would be a good deed.

Do you think all members of the armed forces are evil because they kill? or all Vets are evil for putting animals down (killing) or a farmer killing an animal to feed his family then perception is your barrier not the game. Most would argue these are not evil.

If I were you I would play the game lawfully and peacefully, run around picking quests you can do. If it demands a kill, just move on. Do crafting, trading, farming you could easily become a millionaire monk with loads of content and give gold away to the poor if you adapted eating vegan food along the way chosing only cloth clothing.
