Is it..... PvP tanks with so much regen and the ability to go from 10% health to a full bar, repeatedly, over and over, despite having 10-15 pound on them to point people are giving up fighting that player as they are basically above Emperor defense levels; is that the new "balance"?

You can get one shot by mechanics but they are mostly avoidable. You have to know the mechanics however an many are pretty hard to get, think we had 30 wipes on last boss in falchreach hold before we figured it out.Giles.floydub17_ESO wrote: »Is it..... Been through some vet dungeons, even the new ones, most on HM, no one got one shot. Granted, there are and have been hits that will one shot a player but that teaching them a lesson to pay attention to mechanics.
Don't see any reason a group that could clear a vet dungeon last week would not be able to clear the same vet dungeon this week.
Maybe OP can shed some light, provide some details, instead of a pointless rant.
