So, what exactly is balanced now?
Is it..... PvP tanks with so much regen and the ability to go from 10% health to a full bar, repeatedly, over and over, despite having 10-15 pound on them to point people are giving up fighting that player as they are basically above Emperor defense levels; is that the new "balance"?
Is it..... PvP non dps builds that are doing the same or more damage as nb with unlimited shields and OP defense a nb doesn't have access to?
Is it..... PvE vet dungeons that pugs can no longer complete and end up quitting early?
Is it..... PvE vet dungeons that are 1-shotting players for 20-50k, in some cases with unavoidable attacks you can't counter or get out from? Is THAT the new balance?
