So, what exactly is balanced now?

Is it..... PvP tanks with so much regen and the ability to go from 10% health to a full bar, repeatedly, over and over, despite having 10-15 pound on them to point people are giving up fighting that player as they are basically above Emperor defense levels; is that the new "balance"?

Is it..... PvP non dps builds that are doing the same or more damage as nb with unlimited shields and OP defense a nb doesn't have access to?

Is it..... PvE vet dungeons that pugs can no longer complete and end up quitting early?

Is it..... PvE vet dungeons that are 1-shotting players for 20-50k, in some cases with unavoidable attacks you can't counter or get out from? Is THAT the new balance?

    Unavoidable oneshots? There are attacks that are tricky to see and have to be doged, but I haven't seen any unavoidable ones jet.

    Balance means designing the game so wrobel and Lambert can compete. It's weird, they're also the ones designing the game....conflict of interest?

    I PUG a lot, when my guilds are less active, and I can tell you that the problem is the bad players, not the content. The biggest problem, as I see it, is the lack of explicit information about these dungeons. Many players hit level 50 and assume that they are now ready for vet dungeons. It also doesn't help that ZOS thinks it is OK to include 'Part II' dungeons and DLC in the random dailies.

    But far more telling than these oversights are the number of players who want to run through at 500 mph ignoring mechanics and, even worse, ignoring the one guy in the group (usually me) saying "Erm...tank, do you have a taunt ability?"

    That's not even to mention the people who are queueing as tanks/healers to beat the queue and thinking that this kind of behaviour is OK.

    A fake NB tank with 23k health means the group he gets into WILL NOT COMPLETE vWGT in almost all cases.

    TLDR: The players are far more problematic than anything about the game.

    Been through some vet dungeons, even the new ones, most on HM, no one got one shot. Granted, there are and have been hits that will one shot a player but that teaching them a lesson to pay attention to mechanics.

    Don't see any reason a group that could clear a vet dungeon last week would not be able to clear the same vet dungeon this week.

    Maybe OP can shed some light, provide some details, instead of a pointless rant.

    You can get one shot by mechanics but they are mostly avoidable. You have to know the mechanics however an many are pretty hard to get, think we had 30 wipes on last boss in falchreach hold before we figured it out.

    However in pugs players rarely have the patience. Either they just finish the boss with one dead, kick if one obvious weak player or dissolve group if they find its overall to weak or none know mechanic as they have always been carried.
    Mostly its an question of experience of mechanic.
    Grinding just make you go in circles.
    Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.
