You're post is way too nice for these people. If I'm an ESO subscriber, I pay 14.99 per month. That's basically 50 cents a day. Yes, I understand 50 cents is not a lot, but that's my hard earned money for the job I perform and get paid for. So now I ask, why should I give you, ZOS, my hard earned money every day? Well, at first glance, it's because I'm paying you, the company to provide a medium in which I enjoy as entertainment, and yet, if I cannot enjoy that said medium (which I am paying for), then is it not fair that you provide compensation?
So bad it's kept us off the platform for what is about, for a casual player, a day
I understand that exploits need to be dealt with.
However dealing with them by turning off the entire platform doesn't seem right.
So we play the game and are exploited. Ok I don't like that.
I can't play the game at all. I like this less
So a "fix" is rushed in but it take longer than expected and drags on
May I suggest that you let us get exploited for an extra day whilst you sort out your fix?
I understand it can be complex so needs some time
