Weekly no. That's too much work. They do weekly bug fixes.

All you people loving the fact that you can run on an endless, meaningless vertical progression treadmill and "feeeeeel" more powerful every point are part of the reason key and iconic class skills still get gutted.
The controls have to go somewhere. Skills are fun. Powerful abilities are fun. Ever increasing numbers are boring. ZOS is sacrificing fun stuff for boring stat inflation.
PvE vs PvP balance is part of the problem but the Crapeon system is the rotten core.
