    Yep. This was something we had always intended to go with the other item changes in last week's patch, it just wasn't included until today due to missing the cutoff last week.

    Why no nerf to Oblivion damage? It will completely ruin pvp, it's much stronger than Viper ever was and it's completely broken

    I'm more then a little worried in regards to the Necropotence nerf. It was, frankly, one of the few things that were keeping Wardens somewhat competitive in PvE DPS. With the Nerf to Necropotence, the oddities of crit with Winter's Revenge and the general clunkiness (no over-time effect lines up with anything) of the Warden rotation I fear that Wardens will be worse off then they already are.

    As someone who purchased Morrowind almost solely because of Warden, and as someone who enjoys playing Magicka builds I can't help but be disappointed that the class' PvE performance has been left so subpar so long after the release of Morrowind, and there appear to be no changes planned for Horns of the Reach either.

    Crit is looking better and better in Horns of the Reach builds, so while some classes (Nightblade, Templar) which do inherently well in crit-based builds will do well/better then in Morrowind, classes like Warden will simply suffer.

    I hope you reconsider the Necropotence nerf, or ideally, actually appropriately balance Magicka Warden's PvE DPS, while still maintaining their flavor and ability to reliably use and maintain Necropotence.

    In addition, can the duration on the various over-time effects be balanced out in some way? As it stands the duration for regularly used over time abilities is as follows:

    Buffs - Blue Betty - 25s, Lotus Blossom 20s;
    Debuffs - Winter's Revenge - 12s, Fetcher Infection - 10s, Elemental Blockade 8s, Elemental Drain - 21s.

    In a standard rotation, to maintain uptime on all, the player has to either recast early, or waste time/global cooldowns. It does not feel good, and the uptime on the debuffs is not actually as good as it should be because of the way the skills and timings line up. That and a Warden naturally expends more Magicka then other classes for the same duration of combat, all while doing less damage then them.

    The Best Wardens dont use necropotence, it is subpar to many others on a mgicka warden, now even more. Just a hint :)

    I can
    t post yu any parses from my Magicka Warden right now, but i recommend checking the online channel of @stileanima out when you want to see what wardens can do in endgame PvE. Mine has finished all older hardmode trials (except for vMoL HM) and vHoF by now, without being noticably behind the other DDs.

    Houston we have "Ba-a-a-a-a--a-ad" news.
    If you see me anywhere. Know that I am sitting back with a bag of popcorn, watching as ESO burns the goodwill of its player base with practices that only disrespects the players time like it did to me and many others...

    If a game does not respect your time, best thing to do is move on from it and find something else.
