Permanent CP Cap - What are your thoughts?

    Yes. There should be a permanent CP cap and NPC CP Vendor.

    I wish they would do the Anarchy Online thing and give us a console command that stops xp gain. Alternatively not show CP, but spend CP, maybe even easier to implement.

    This is a great idea. B) Even if a CP vendor isn't implemented, I agree that there should be some way that CP can be spent or otherwise made useful.
