So how are the proc sets after the nerf?

Console pleb so I can't check myself but I was wondering if the nerf was good or are they still over performing?

    It's still extra damage, but there are visual cues to allow players to heal/block/shield/roll-dodge to avoid or at least mitigate that damage.

    You can counterplay against them, so they're not overperforming anymore to my opinion. No more insta 3 proc burst at least, now you know when and how the burst will come.

    No more insta, unavoidable, damage; atleast now you can do 'something' about whats coming...

    Well viper is toast.
    The rest is pretty much the same and the enemy got maximal 1 second more to dodge it/block/whatever but doesn't matter anyway.
    Oblivion with turogs and infused will be so much worse even when proc sets could crit.

    Skoria is in a weird place tbh. I've fought people that get melted by Skoria and people where Skoria tickled them. It isn't as telegraphed as say meteor, but if it was I'd say it be much more balanced

    Which never was glaring overperforming. Although I fear how will interact with the new set, blossom thing. Tentatively, I'd just adress the visual issues skoria has and not much more.

    What? They both got nerfed. Tremor is virtually useless now. I think Selenes will still be an issue with the cc bugs related to incap strike but we will see.
