✭You can counterplay against them, so they're not overperforming anymore to my opinion. No more insta 3 proc burst at least, now you know when and how the burst will come.0 -

The rest is pretty much the same and the enemy got maximal 1 second more to dodge it/block/whatever but doesn't matter anyway.
Oblivion with turogs and infused will be so much worse even when proc sets could crit.0 -

Skoria is in a weird place tbh. I've fought people that get melted by Skoria and people where Skoria tickled them. It isn't as telegraphed as say meteor, but if it was I'd say it be much more balanced0 -
