Templars are healers but you can get spanked hard by a magplar in pvp.
So what are some suggestions to make warden stam and magicka stronger because we all know they need it.
My only suggestion would be make subterranean assault and deep fissure a ability that casts on target and when blows up does same splash damage as normally.
Like haunting curse can you imagine if haunting curse was like deep fissure?!? It would be the worst skill ever.
So why is it acceptable on a underperforming class?
Plus it will even make pve better since you dont HAVE to be facing where you want it to drop. The damage is nice on it i admit i get 30k ticks on it at times on my stam warden ( pve )
But pvp def needs work. I dont think the change they made that hides the timing of the attack is going to make a difference.

Obviously, you've never met this warden in PvP, or you'd be screaming nerf wardens...https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZZBIeyFA9Hw

It has a really good buff that is hard to get, use it in the right way and it can be very beneficial. As well the stamina morph is used by a lot of stamina wardens, the fact that they have a stamina cost and stamina based burst heal does give them something unique.

If you're using that for healing, then that's your problem. It's not used to heal. It's used for Mag/Stam regen.
Enchanted Growth – Seed a large area of mushrooms that heals you and six allies in your frontal cone with a 20-meter radius and 60-degree angle. Allies affected gain Minor Intellect and Minor Endurance, increasing Magicka and Stamina regeneration by 10% for 20 seconds

Stamina warden is fine.
Try taking a magicka warden into trials. Then swap them out with any other DPS class and note how much your score improves.
Magicka wardens deal ~35k damage with a single target ult, and around 30k with an AOE ult.
Why would anyone bring a 35k single target magicka DPS into trials when they can bring a 45k single target stamina DPS?
And why would anyone bring a 30k AOE magicka DPS ibto trials when they can bring any other magicka class, which will deal 37-40k AOE damage?

Is your 37-45k other class you'Re referring too with trial buffs or simply self buffed no ultimates, no potions, no elemental drains nor any other players buffs, nothing? Cuz if so, if going that way, the warden doing 35k you'Re reffering with trials buffs, sorry, but that warden you'Re talking about sucks a bit to be honest, if he does that with trial buffs. No ED, nothing at all, just raw single target and my own skills, no utls, no spell power pots, no one elses buffs i do 31-32k single target, add all the trials buffs, ED, spell power potions and all the other crap and i'm sure i'll do more than 35k for sure, that is coming from a a bit more average than casual player, so a good player should even do way better than i do. That'll raise a bit if i can get my hand on decent traits vMA staves....well when Horn f the reach comes it might change since i've got some nice traits, but not the OP sharpened trait ones which is the only one we go for now.
And why oh why does the ice AOE scales off health? So much for an ice magic wielding warden from the trailers

Because the Winter's Embrace tree is the "tanking" tree. you see, Wardens are kind of special as they have a skill line dedicated to each "role". Animal Companion - DPS, Green Balance - Healing, and Winter's Embrace - Tank.

Stam Warden is fine in PvE, I have seen 45k parses on it. its MAGICKA Wardens that are terrible, struggling to hit 30k with perfect rotations.

Actually, I use the mag version for stam regen on my Stam Warden. IMHO, the stam version is not worth it. I get enough passive healing from "Bond with Nature" passive and the DW line (Bloodthirst, Blood Craze).
