SO FRUSTRATED 
You guys NEVER answer technical problems on the Xbox forum, Bethesda Support requested a ticket number but hey guess what, the account page to CREATE a ticket refuses to load. So, another day past maintenance and yet another day I, and others in the same boat, cannot login in the get help or play the game.
