SO FRUSTRATED 
You guys NEVER answer technical problems on the Xbox forum, Bethesda Support requested a ticket number but hey guess what, the account page to CREATE a ticket refuses to load. So, another day past maintenance and yet another day I, and others in the same boat, cannot login in the get help or play the game.

The ESO one is working for me from UK. https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/app

Sorry being from EU I'm not sure what is and isn't working for the NA folk.
