Very nice, you're making me want to bring the DW magblade out of retirement. It's still my favorite spec of all time despite how gimp it's been over the last year or so.

Yeah I was still a melee magblade on last patches and I feel really better in morrowind, now there is only few people I can't kill with my build where I had to surrender last patches against almost every heavy meta+shuffle users

next patch will be even better for my build, will have to test if precise would be better than sharpened since I have 3 spell crit bonus and magelight + shadow mundus
or maybe 1 nirn + 1 precise, I don't know, I will have some tests to do, I'm excited again about theorycrafting because we are now able to deal with other strong build, for more than 1 year, whatever u tried was a failure...

1 ) Fear increase u'r max health when slotted with shadow passiv + it's decrease damage from u'r opponents + slow, and I mostly use it for defense so I prefer to have it in the same bar than my healing ward and resto ultimate
If we are talking about speed for the fear+instant soul harvest combo, there is two way to cancel anim :
- you use the skill and block instant
- you use the skill and switch weapon
so even if u'r fear is on u'r resto bar you can use the fear+instant soul harvest combo
it's the same for the merciless resolve + soul harvest combo but u'r "assassin's will" will be based on u'r resto staff damage if u'r opponents is really close

I'm using double take DW bar because I really love the doubletake+cw+cloak/vampire combo, sometimes for saving some magicka I prefer using stealth than cloak, vampire passive is the same effect than cloak, I will have to spam my double take for flee away and restore some magicka, If I have to switch weapon every 3s I will loose some distance between the time I'm using it and the time I switch, it's mostly for mobility but like jaxaxo said, every assassinate skill slotted add spell crit, since I play with many spell crit and shadow mundus it's better to have it on DW (and because I have many spell crit I can also use dark cloak, 100% crit chance is no more worth against 8% damage reduction, IMO) .

2 ) yes, for this build yes, I prefer to renew my SA before the end of the effect because I feel like it have no cost . well it's just a feeling but it help for ressource management
siphonning attack seem useless in small fights but when it take age like last 2 clips (especially the last one because I had no pots) you would be able to see the difference
And I'm a bosmer, so no 10% mag regen

3 ) well I'm using assassin's will a lot but in this vid I used it only at the beginning against the mageblade and the templars, I mostly use it against sorc/templar/dk/magblade because of shield or heavy tankyness, I sometimes have to do the combo AW+Soul harvest to be able to kill people really fast if it's a shieldstacker, or just for dealing strong damage against max health/high resistance players
against medium armor user, I'm using it as a 8% damage buff only because of rolldodge or doubletake/shuffle I prefer to not using it or I will make so many mistake for a dodged AW combo...

Spinner could be nice, but there is way to much players in light and medium in this patch (EU at least), imo it would be to much penetration, almost useless against sorcs/stamblades.
I prefer to go damage+crit with shadow mundus it's pretty strong against everything

Imo double take provide crit chance and using fear on mainbar would make bigger disproportion in hp cuz 3 shadow skills on one bar and 0 on second. And cuz fear animation is clunky as hell, canceling it with swap is best i think.

templars seems really strong in this patch, I have some hard time to kill them but at least, they are fighting instead of afk BoL ^^
