(2) Whenever you do damage to an enemy, you have a 25% chance to drop a Mantikora Spear on an enemy dealing 2000 physical damage for 5 seconds. This effect can occur once every 7 seconds.

(1) Adds 172 Stamina Recovery
(1) Adds 172 Magicka Recovery
(2) Whenever you take damage, you have a 35% chance to release a powerful whirlwind knocking back enemies 3 meters and dealing 1000 physical damage. Lasts 3 seconds. This effect can occur once every 5 seconds.
(2) Adds 1940 maximum HealthFoundation Stone Atronach
(1) Adds 1150 maximum Magicka
(2) Whenever you deal damage to an enemy, you have a 15% chance to hurl a magical stone at the enemy, dealing 3000 magic damage and stunning them for 1 second.This effect can occur once every 4 seconds. The Stone has its own 15% chance to cast another stone for 1500 magic damage with no cooldown, but no stun.
(2) Adds 150 Spell DamageRakkhat, Fang of Lorkhaj
(1) Adds 172 Magicka Recovery
(2) Whenever you heal an ally at full health, you have a 50% chance to imbue them with either the Blessing of Lorkhaj, increasing their physical and spell resistance by 4000 for 5 seconds, or the Curse or Lorkhaj, increasing their weapon and spell damage by 174 for 5 seconds.
(2) Adds 7% healing done

Considering AOE taunts are sorely missing from ESO:
Bog-Master's Spite
Casting an Area of Effect Heal creates a pool of slime in the effective area of the heal that enrages all enemies within it, taunting them toward the caster. The slime pool lasts for the duration of the associated heal. Only one slime pool may be active at a time, but it will always be attached to your most recently cast Area of Effect heal.
So you could cancel a previous pool that still had some duration left by casting a new one, instead of needing to wait for the first to expire.
